Appraisals

At Sands-o-Time we base our offers on many factors. The quality and condition of an item or estate, the marketability and the size and rarity of an object. We research items looking at sales of similar items in similar condition over the past 3 months and make our offers accordingly. If you are interested in an appraisal value for insurance purposes, we are happy to provide that service. But we will not buy any items we appraise.

Estate Services

Sands-o-Time offers complete buying services. We can come in make an offer on an entire houseful of items bring in our truck and take it away at a fair price. This price includes removing all items from the house in a timely manner saving you a lot of time and effort. Most of the time our price will be similar to the money made in sale, but paid on the spot without waiting for the sale to be set up and executed which can take weeks to months.
